It's break.com/usercontent/<year>/<month>/*.html while the other one is break.com/index/*.html

Parker's in and out of the hospital today and this is an abnormal site, so if he's going to fix it, it won't happen today; however, I'm going to take a crack at it to see if I cannot get it myself.

When embedding them, you don't use any BBCode and just simply copy-paste the URL.
