Ok i have come up with a infection game on Blackout{Trying to stray away from the same old Foundry}}} So heres my idea. At the start there is only one infection obviousll an he spawns at the Giant grav lift which is totally enclosed except for one spot which he cant get out of until a grav lift spawns so he can break free an the humans start on top of the big tower ok the humans have limited ammo and there is extra ammo but its all the way on the opposite side in the other tower which the infection travel through in order to get out no my dilemma is how to exactly set this map up having certain areas blocked off to that only humans can move through an other areas only the infected can get through an to were it also possible for the humans an infected to win any help???:confused:
Any ideas would be great!

To clarify, this is what I got out of that... you want to make a zombies game on blackout. There is one zombie to start off and he spawns in a timed release container(via a gravlift). There are two towers involved with this game, one is where the humans spawn. The other is filled with ammo and is on the way to the humans from the zombie spawn. On top of that, you want to build some areas were only humans or zombies can enter. And you want it to be fair for both sides.

Right now sounds like a somewhat uninspired zombies game but, if you find a good way to setup the exclusive player areas it could be fun. As far as the balance issues these could probably be easily worked out in the gametype.

ah, I see. now I'm not entirely sure what advice to give. How exactly do you plan to make the rooms team exclusive?

Player Gravity is a good way to make rooms exclusive to humans, but not so sure about zombie exclsuive rooms.

morphine nailed exactly right but yea i have no idea how to set it up i have certain doors blocked off to keep it different for both sides to move around o an the zombies will have normal grav normal speed poor camo an some shield like half

Theoretically, if you wanted something tricky, you could only allow the humans or zombies to have Vehicle Use, and then have a "door" that you have to get on a vehicle to get through.

Yea that sounds like a alright idea in thoery but sumtimes it doesnt always work sadly(:'() our world isnt perfect

Well, I don't think it would be good to have an area where only humans could get to. The humans would win every time.

You could build a shield door tunnel (in the air) and put mongooses at one end. When someone drives through they will make it to the other side, but if they jump, they will fall.
