Poll of the Day [5/21/10]

Futurama appears to be returning soon to television with all new episodes this summer (http://features.metacritic.com/features/2010/summer-2010-tv-preview/), and I'm sure many will have their doubts about this continuation. Many want it, but many may not want it. What's your opinion of this show's return with new episodes? If you haven't watched Futurama's current four seasons, you're not a cool person. :p

I like to stay on the realistic side of things so I'm going to say my opinion of this matter is "good." At the very least I expect them to deliver and continue the legacy of Futurama, but I don't expect much more. I think it may be too tough to make the show any better than the first four seasons, but I could be horribly wrong. They have a great cast of characters so anything is possible, I just don't think it will happen.

I voted Good because I like Futurama but I don't watch it anymore. I wish there was an option for "Good, but I don't watch anymore" Because I think it's good that they're coming back but I don't watch anymore.

I can not wait for Futurama to come back! I've always loved Futurama, and liked all the movies they put out to prolong the recoming of the season. It's been my favourite cartoon tv show for awhile lol. Cant wait.

Since there are three members holding the Pencil Pusher title (Jpec07, Nulls Wife, and myself), we decided to split the work among the three of us. However, I currently hold the exclusive right to make the Poll of the Day along with my share of the three way split. In other words, yes, I will be writing articles and such. Expect to see my failure success at doing so soon.

With your suggestion, I think the poll answers cover that as well. The answers do not say you will watch it, but what your confidence is that they will do well. However, I am always open for suggestions and I appreciate the input.

I loved Futurama, but to be honest, they're newest episodes? Were very disappointing. Yeah, it was funny time to time, but it felt like they were hitting that sequel mode where you try to hard to do what you used to and can't.

But I'd definitely watch the new episodes if they make any.
