So, I was banned from XBL. Sad face. But fear not, ye triumphant warriors! (Okay, that was overdoing it.) It's just because my payment method (i.e. my mom's credit card) was invalid (i.e. bank went bankrupt.) So, I just have to fix my payment method. However, my mom decided to be a bitch and not let me renew my subscription because I got one bad grade because she refused to help me with my math homework from the days that I was absent, which resulted in a failed test. So, sadly, I won't be getting back on XBL anytime soon.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm actually in a similar boat(or pirate ship). Due to the fact that 360s use notoriously faulty hardware, my 360 will not read GoW2. I've tried returning it and getting a new copy but it still will not work, so I called Microsoft. They said it was a problem with the console, but my 3 year warranty expired in July and I'm not going to pay 100 dollars to fix the thing just to play this one game. As immoral as it is, I'm honestly considering pulling the old walmart switcharoo.

No you don't understand what I am talking about. Just follow these steps and you should be on an xbox live gold account.

1) Start your xbox
2) Create a new account
3) When it asks what subscription you want, pick silver
4) It will give you one month of xbox live gold for free.

Use these untill you can get your regular account back to gold.
