If you are planning on getting this game, you should go to CircuitCity (http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/Search.do?c=1&searchType=user&keyword=gears+of+war&searchSection=All). You get 1600 MS points with it, so its like you get the game for $40. Remeber if you are going to by the Halo 3 Mythic maps from your xbox, they will probably be 1600 MS points.

Just as a fore warning, even if you pay $13 for the best shipping package they have, the earliest you will receive the game is in 4 days. And, they are out of stock on their 1600 MS Point Cards, so you won't get that right away.

And, they are out of stock on the Collector's Edition, so you can't get that either.

Yah I went to the store, but they were out of 1600MS point cards, but you couldn't even go back and get it later. I'll probably order it with free shipping and wait until the 19th to get it. I don't need the 1600 points untill the mythic maps come out anyway.

Just got this game last night. Its really fun yet I didnt own Gears 1 so the controls I will have to get used to.
