What about the Lawn Mower for the Vehicles? Most of the maps require you clean up the lawn before you're able to play on them.

Then there is also the Strategic Nuke Armor Ability, where you nuke the map and win.

For some reason I doubt how credible this really is. It was deleted from Bungie.net immediately so I have to guess it's false. Also there are confirmed civillian vehichles so why aren't the mentioned? How would they know skulls and such if they barely have any details on campagin. Why would the chopper be in game if this takes place before brutes were introduced? A lot of this is also common knowledge like the arena ranks and the lobbies.

Brutes have always been there, they just hadn't been in the games until near the end of Halo 2. If I remember correctly, the first time the humans interacted with the Covenant, they were the brutes. There's more detail than that, but I don't feel like going into it right now.

Otherwise, I highly doubt that this is list is correct and I also believe that if by some random chance it was, there is a lot of missing info.

yeah assassin made EVERY SINGLE ENEMY invisible and sputnik amplified the amout of extra lift explosions give players, example: a grenade jump could turn out to be three times the normal jumping height

Me too. Everyone thought that when modders and hackers found the secret gametypes in MW2 they weren't legit but I've played many matches of Global Thermonuclear War with my friend who mods. Who's to say this is any different than that? Modders uncovering secrets. Some stuff might sound crazy but Bungie might have thrown it in as a joke or something maybe...Who knows.

I think the blank white stuff was stuff that has been modelled but no textures have been applied onto it yet.
