Why the hell are you posting this when it's not tomorrow?
Easy answer: because it will be tomorrow if you wait a little bit. ;P The real reason is that I'm going to be installing some software tomorrow morning and I doubt I'll have the convenience to post this as well.
So, some of us are image gurus (I'm not), and others like to mess around with images casually, like I do. However, regardless of your skill level, you probably have a preferred image editing program. What is that program? I've listed some of the well known ones (to me) and gave options for others.
I personally prefer Paint.NET. Its interface is clean, the shortcuts are what I would expect them to be, and most important of all, it gets the job done. You may be able to do a million things in Photoshop, but all I want to do is simple work, but not Paint simple. GIMP has too many windows.
