I'm terribly sorry for this unusual delay today in making this thread. I think I got a little overexposure over the last two days and I'm feeling pretty crappy right now and didn't wake-up but ten minutes ago.

Okay, most PS3 fans are dying for tomorrow to come quicker, at least in the US. The reason? God of War III goes on sale tomorrow in the US. You hear stories of people buying a PS3 solely for this game and this and that, but in all of this hype and stuff, are you going to buy it the day it's released?

With my standard response to any new game: "I'll get it when I can." I don't have a great source of income, well none really. Well, to say the least, even if I did have the money I probably wouldn't buy God of War III tomorrow anyhow. Pokemon has my priority right now. :)

Have it reserved, and there's a small chance that I'll go and get it tonight at the midnight release, and an even smaller chance that I'll take work off tomorrow so that Holly and I can play it all night/day.

:thumbup: It was this game that finally made me cave and let Null get a PS3. There was no way I was going to watch 1 and 2 and then not see 3. However since then we have got other games for the PS3.

It looks like a really awesome game. I haven't played the previous games, but i do love Greek mythology! I probably would get it if i had a PS3, but i won't go out and buy one just for this game..

If you like Greek Mythology and like mythological accuracy you wouldn't like this game at all in that aspect.

I love Greek Mythology and mythological accuracy, but LOVE this game. This game is trying to explain why the Greek gods are no longer around, so it is very accurate in the terms that it is presented. They used all the names and powers accurately.

On the more serious tone, you could go with the last option as it does cover that though it doesn't specifically mention "renting," but it says you wouldn't "buy" the game. I personally rather buy a game, or not play a game entirely. I don't like playing games I don't own at friends' houses either as I don't own the game.
