Major Halo announcement at TGS
Thursday 2-Oct-2008 1:33 PM Halo 3 expansion details expected from Bungie next week
A Microsoft rep has said that Bungie plans to make a major announcement about the recently-revealed Halo 3 campaign expansion at next week's Tokyo Game Show.
The MS spokesperson confirmed the news to Edge-Online, although no further details were revealed.
Last week Bungie released the 'Keep It Clean' teaser trailer, which shows off a futuristic city being wasted by missiles and the tagline "prepare to drop", as well as the controversy-sparking "Maddie, where are you" message.
So far, Microsoft's only officially said: "High action and deep mystery await players in this new Halo 3 campaign experience."
Bungie was originally due to reveal the campaign expansion at E3 in July, before MS binned the announcement at the last minute. You might have had to wait a few extra months, but a lot more could be revealed when TGS kicks off next Thursday.

I would also like to point out the last Bungie weekly update. This was the first sentence: "Brian and Luke are, as you read this, witnessing the marvel that is the beautiful city of Tokyo." The Microsoft part starts tonight at 10:00pm Central, which will probably include Bungie's part.
Here (http://www.g4tv.com/thefeed/blog/post/688629/Tokyo_Game_Show_08_Exhibitor_List.html) is of a list of the other companies that will be there:
Capcom
SNK Playmore Corporation
NAMCO Bandai
KONAMI
SEGA Corporation
Square-Enix
D3Publisher Inc
Electronic Arts
- This should be good!
