You can get it any day of any month of any time you just need to edit your 360 date what a ton of people did yesterday.

no, changing the date on your Xbox doesn't constitute a ban :P

But the system connects to the LIVE network which would override incorrect dates since I didn't even set mine. However, changing your country might have done something, and that does fall into a category for a ban.

I got it right when I came home from school.
ALSO did you guys the know the achievment said enter a playlist not a game.
my friend already had 7exp in SWAT and didnt know it so today when he switched the matchmaking lobby to SWAT it just gave him the achievement. Im shure you guys know this but just making shure :P

I didn't get it because I didn't have a chance to get on today... It's still the 7th on the west coast *runs to xbox*

update: Officially gay. I got 7 exp and guess what, no achievement. Yes I waited and waited, and yes I went into the playlist again. Epic Phail.

I think it depends on the time on your xbox. You might want to make sure it is correct.
