I'm not sure if this goes in this section, but why do we have a sub-forum for featured maps and not any featured maps? I know this site is new in all but there are some maps out there that might deserve a feature. Feel free to comment.

We don't have any featured maps right now because we're trying to get all maps with an official review. This is a hard task so we might end up just featuring maps that we believe are forged well and will play well without an official review to back it up, this all depends on the review team, though.

Does anyone still review maps on this site? I haven't seen a map review for about 3 weeks at least.

Yep, they are being reviewed. Some more have been coming out, we just haven't been putting in an additional post stating that it is now available.

When my maps are reviewed, I would actually appreciate it if the reviewers would write an actual review in the thread telling me what was good and what needed fixing. Can this be done?

No.

We aren't going to do this on a case by case basis. What you get is what you get. Doing reviews for all of the maps is difficult enough, as you can tell by how slow they are coming out. You can request this be done in the map thread, but there is no guarantee that it will get done, ever.

I've played a good amount of maps from this site, but I can't write a review for them since Shellshock has to be present too. I'm not saying anything against Shellshock, but the whole buddy system in general. Everyone's schedules conflict and I'm part of the problem too. Could we have a temporary lift of the buddy system until we catch up?

Don't worry about it fellow Forgery members, we are dealing with these issues and will be getting reviews to you as quickly as possible.
