"As we've said previously, there are plenty of other things beneath the hood that are being addressed in TU2"

Apparently one of these was that they fixed the glitch where anyone could forge even if it was set to only party leader. I heard about that on bungie.net forums, but I did not have a chance to test it before xbox live went down. Can anyone confirm this or any other "beneath the hood" fixes?

I'd love it if they fixed this, it was really annoying for those of us who knew how to abuse this glitch... it was really easy to do, but I cannot confirm if they have or have not fixed this, yet.

They actually did fix this, I tested it yesterday. There might even been some interesting games that can be built around this, now that you can actually control who is forging.

Awesome! Now I can forge with an open party and not worry about people coming in and deleting shit or making much needed weapon caches ;)

We really need to get a Forge Match going, like they originally talked about when Forge was first announced. Where you have two teams, each one with a monitor that can supply their team. It could get really interesting.

Now that I know this is possible, it'll open a new venue for forge games. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.

The only problem is that I don't think you can save games or choose who can forge besides the party leader.

Honestly I didn't even know that feature was borked. It's always worked for me..

You probably never went into forge when someone was trying to block you from forging.

The problem being that if you did attempt to block somebody from forging, Up on the D-Pad wouldn't work, but they could hit Start and choose the "Go To Edit Mode" option.

Nope.. but I've set it before and I guess my friends are just too stupid to pause it, which I didn't know you could do either, since I never joined a blocked game.
