Needler + Carbine = Win.

I wonder if this weapon will replace the needler AND the carbine...

carbine I'm pretty sure won't be in Reach. I think it was in an update but I'm not positive. In the game informer pictures, a grunt is using a needler so I'm sure that's in the game.

I think the Carbine is still in. Not positive but I don't remember reading it was gone. Seems like it would still be there because it is a perfect covenant counter weapon to the Designated Marksman Rifle. But the new guns look sweet. I love the look/sound of the AR.

And to make this post better update it with the other guns on the Ordanance page and link the guns that have sounds to the sounds from the Bungie Weekly Update. That would be handy.

The Carbine has been taken out. It's in the weekly update.

Bungie stated the needler rifle was the perfect counter to the DMR. I think thats why I thought it would be gone.

Oh really? I never read that. Whatever. Seems like the carbine would counter DMR but I can see Needle Rifle doing the same.
