how do you like the TU2?

I think its pretty cool, like the new ranks. It'll be fun getting all the new ranks. Unless your infamous and think the look lame, hah XP but anyways. The new achievments are the best part in my opinion, I hope to get all of them and get that special pot of gold at the end of the very long Vidmaster Rainbow. So hopefully we all have good fun with this TU2 and have a great Sep. 25th which is Halo 3 Anniversery. I cant wait for new maps :D

So what do you guys think of this new update?

I like it so far. It's nice to have achievements that you don't have to get in FFA.
Also, I'm really liking the new rankings per playlist. It gives you something more to achieve and will probably bring me back into Halo 3 Matchmaking; but I do find it kind of annoying that now that I'm at the very top in some of my ranks (40+), it is harder and harder to get XP, while I can plow through the n00bs in DLC games and get all the XP I want.

I like just about everything about it, but I can't say the new rank symbols look very good. If anyone else wants to, I'm going to try to get a few people together for the Vidmaster campaign challenge.

I agree. There's going to be about a 2-3 month period now where everything is very awkward, but then it will sort itself back out.

I think with a change this drastic, a complete reset of everybody's ranks would have been better. But then again, I'm not a 5-star General, so I wouldn't throw the hissy fit of the century when my rank got reset.
