When it comes to forging, some players forge only for looks, others will sacrifice looks for gameplay, and then there's a select few who will forge elaborate devices using physics to kill their spartan. However when you think of a forging duo, Gunnergrunt (http://xforgery.com/forum/member.php?u=480) and ell3ment (http://xforgery.com/forum/member.php?u=272) should be the first names that come to mind. Their latest map Prismer (http://xforgery.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6377) is just another example of how aesthetics and gameplay can blend together to create an amazing experience.
Prismer (http://xforgery.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6377) takes gameplay elements from old school maps such as Prisoner and Hang em' High from Halo: CE and brings them together for Halo 3. This map may be nostalgic for some, but Gunnergrunt (http://xforgery.com/forum/member.php?u=480) and ell3ment (http://xforgery.com/forum/member.php?u=272) added some of their own features and interesting devices to give this map it's own look and feel. While team games and objectives do work for this map, a good ol' 5 player FFA is where Prismer (http://xforgery.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6377) truly shines.
Be sure to try this map out if you haven't already, and congratulate Gunnergrunt (http://xforgery.com/forum/member.php?u=480) and ell3ment (http://xforgery.com/forum/member.php?u=272) on their 2nd consecutive feature and 5th one overall.
