skate3: skate park builder

Do i was looking through my subscription box on youtube and saw a video from Rooster Teeth about skate3, i have skate but not skate2 but i was bored and thought i'd watch it anyway. In the video the guy being interviewed mentiones an ability to make skate parks along with other new features to the franchise. Later i googled skate3 and found an article (http://www.joystiq.com/2009/09/15/skate-3-throws-down-in-may-2010/) containing this:
Skate Create feature suite, an "innovative toolset that empowers gamers to truly express their skate style by creating their own graphics, videos, and skate parks,"So the feature is called skate create, and has many other cool sounding features.

So i have 2 questions for you:
1. Will you be getting skate3?
2. How do you think the skate park builder will affect us here at XF and other forging sites?

I also saw this video in my Sub Box on the Tube. Honestly I spent hours and hours using the Skate Park creators on like Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4(I think it was 4) and when I heard about this I shat myself. It sounds like from what I read in an article you'll be able to interlock objects easily much like Far Cry 2's controls where everything just goes into each other and works fine. If it is like this game sounds like it will have an amazing editor. Tony Hawk had so many possibilities but if this has the No Clip controls of FC2 then this will have some seriously epic Skate Parks for it.

Honestly though I love any game with an editor. It just adds so much more replay value to every game that has one. Love it.

And I think this will affect the Forging Community about as much as Far Cry 2 dude. Not much. This is not gunna be some crazy revalution.

I had tony hawk 3 which had an editor, it was awesome.
