Top 20 greatest Video game Bosses-pt A

What would a video game be without its bosses, whether they were easy as hell or extremly difficult we still love 'em. Nows your chance to decide what bosses were at the top, whether it was the old 8-bit Ganon from the Original Zelda or Atlas from God of War-Chains of Olympus it can be any boss, from any game from any console.

Each person will get their chance to choose 3 bosses from different games (optionally the same up to you) and give a reason why (Optional). This Debate/vote will consist of 3 threads, part A everybody gets a chance to decide what bosses they want, part B- a poll on the list of bosses where people can vote and Part C- the results. Simple enough?

Oh before I forget, each person can agree with someone elses choice, but it counts as one of their desitions (being fair).

Alma (Ninja Gaiden)

This was by far the most annoying and difficult boss I've ever played in any game. I don't know how many times I died from this bitch but it was way too much. She unleashes aerial attacks, has a ridiculous grab, and is lethal at close range. Many controllers were broken with this slut.

Troll Boss, Insane Mode (Castle Crashers)

It's not really the boss himself that's difficult, it's all the little minions he produces that can kill you. If you don't watch yourself, you'll die in seconds by the little bastards. Your only hope to actually kill this pile of crap is time, an exploit of an air attack, and a lot of patience.

Lou, Expert Mode, Guitar Hero III

Lou is the reason why there's no more bosses in music games. Not only was the song itself hard, but Lou can play it perfectly AND attack you making your chances of defeating him even that much more difficult. A lot of hand/eye coordination is involved to defeat him and even then it's going to take you many attempts and a little luck.

Tabuu, Intense, Super Smash Bros Brawl

You want a cheapass, look no further. This guy can get the best of you no matter what difficulty, and there's just some attacks you can't avoid. If you manage to reach him at this difficulty, you better bring your A game or you'll be throwing Wii controllers out the window.

Were going old school on this one. For those who have never played this game, you're missing out on one of the most difficult bosses in the NES era. This giant beast will whip your 8 bit ass all over the ring, and if you managed to take him out, well you have my respect.

Here are my nominations, in no particular order:

1) The Emperor Ing - Metroid Prime 2 Echoes

This guy is impossible to beat. It took me at least 20 tries, until I finally earned up the experience to beat him. He has 3 phases, the last one being by far the hardest, plus you have limited beam and missle ammo so every shot counts...

2) Cipher Head Evice - Pokemon Colosseum

Evice is the final trainer you have to defeat to win the main part of the game. Unless you have an abnormally high leveled team, this guy is f***ing annoying. His team of pokemon is really well balanced and really powerful. Plus, you have to worry about catching his Shadow Tyranitar, because this is the easiest chance you have of getting it (and it's a beast!). Not to mention he creeps the hell out of me...

3) Devil Doom - Shadow the Hedgehog

For those of you who never played Shadow the Hedgehog, this is the better version of the Finalhazard from Sonic Adventure 2. It's not that the fight is terribly hard, it's just that the fight is a lot of fun. Shadow's new abilities in this game really improve the gameplay against this boss, especially with Chaos Control (slows time). Check out the video and see for yourselves.
