On Saturday, XForgery and Monitor Built had a little competition.
We picked 4 of our maps, and they picked 3 of their's. We faced off in some 4v4 battles. Well, let's just say RPAL didn't loose his sniping ability, and we didn't gain much of any abilities.
Stickball
It started off with a game of Stickball.
We did great! Debayter went +30. Boston risked his life for those points, while everyone else watched his back.

Conquest on The Hollow
At a time in need, URBAN MYTH abandoned us! He played with MB on his map that we chose. /cry
They won by 3 territories.

Since we wanted to keep Sahara of Snow for last, we gave leader to them and played on some of their maps. (These may not be in order.)
Multi-Flag on Wishbone
We had a rematch on Wishbone. There wasn't any lag this time, but we still didn't win. RPAL got his sniper and held us off like a beast. Too bad Mace wasn't here with us.

This was a fun game, but we still didn't win. :(

Sadly Sahara of Snow was just too laggy, so we didn't end up getting finished. When we ended it, it was 0-0. (This was going to be our come-back map, trust me.)
Overall, we all had a great time and played some really fun games. Maybe we'll do it again in the future. Sorry I didn't get to rotate people as much as I wished.

Haha it started off so promising playing Stickball and winning 13-2. It all went downhill after that. Luckily I had to go to work, so I didn't get my ass whooped too bad ;P
Seriously though, it was a great night that I wish I could have been a part of more! We tried rotating people out when I was there, so I don't know what happened after that :( lol

We won in Stickball because Boston and I were on the same team. That alone means an automatic win for us.
I can't believe we lost every game after I left though...
I knew I should have made my suggestion...
I had made a VIP varient for the Last Day that we could've used in this... they wouldn't of stood a chance, especially if I had played on it. It's pretty much the same as Judgement, except no one switches over to the infected, and the zombies have to try to take out the VIP.
But whatever, the gametype never became popular, but it was interesting...

and I can beat boston w/o him killing me, (PS: Way to be cheap mr. Kill me while I laugh @ you.) You sir, are getting perfected tonite.

And perhaps you should make the score divisions -'s rather than /'s. That would make it easier to read. For a while I thought you were talking about rounds or something.
IF you guys had played Tactical Corps, you would have won. Just trust me on that one. ;P
I would like to point out that except for once, I had the best KD spread on our team.

Because i never got a chance to ask if we were going to add them. At this rate we'd have to do both at the same time.

Haha I wish Halo 3 ranks were like the Halo 2 days...if you were a 30 you were a top of the line player. 40's were like Gods, and then the symbols they had for the highest ranked players were just freaks! My highest rank in Halo 2 was a 28 I believe before the ranks reset and I was mighty proud of it!

The only reason it seemed like that was because of all of the cheaters. Honestly, my friend and I started regularly running into modders around level 20 in Team Doubles. Sometimes it was subtle, like 0 second respawns, but they were there in most games.

Oh yeah, I remember them. Lol there was this guy who could superbounce whenever he jumped, and had like perfect headshot with the sniper. His teammates quit and so did my team but me and my bro. He won 50-30ish. Haha we could tell he was getting pissed too because he started talking crap when he realized we weren't quitting and killing him once every 3 or 4 kills...

I remember Halo 2. Once you hit 40, it was literally near impossible to rank up further from there. So many modders, I couldn't play a single Hill game on Headlong without it having a standby for 3 minutes, and as soon as it stopped the game was over.

Currently, we don't have any plans for another Game Night. I got the last one started altogether by myself in less than an hour with RPAL, and surely we could get another one scheduled real soon. I'm thinking the next one may be late November, early December maybe? We will try and face off against another one of our affiliates though so you never know! And yes, if you are online and friends with A Forgery A, you will most likely get invites during the event to join.

No you don't have to be good. We're all about having a good time (but don't get me or XF in general wrong, we still want to win). And you have to be friends with either "A Forgery A" or "A Forgery B" on XBL to get the invites. No sign-ups required.

Surely there is someone who you don't ever play with. I had that mentality until about a week ago, I went through and saw a good 30 people I hadn't played a game with since a matchmaking game like a year and a half ago...
I like to keep my 100 friends list maxed because it stops me from getting random FR's everyday from 10 year olds watching me on youtube. I still get random invites though.
Anyway, yea maybe in a month or so we could do it again, but instead of VS, maybe just a mixed community gamenight?

such as team 1 will be best out of 5 and then theres winner
and then team 2 will play so on and so forth and then from those we can count who has the best overall (did I explain that enough)
Or we can just have a giant tournament and then the top team is the winner :D
