Verge is a competitive map that encompasses the entirety of the Crypt on Sandbox. The map is aesthetically assymetric, so although the bases look different from one another, the map is balanced gameplay wise. You will find a total of five structures to fight in and around, each with its own little perk. Two of the five structures are bases, and two others are sub-bases for each team. In the very center of the map, you will find a unique perch that contains an obviously magical rocket launcher, for it can balance on its side... Woooo, spooky... There is a ghost located in the Blue team's sub-base, but unlike some other maps, it wasn't forgotten in the creation of this map. The sides of the map are open enough to allow the ghost to maneuver efficiently, and this usually compels some insane long range encounters. Now some of you may begin jumping your way around the map, and get somewhere cool. You may even think you "broke" the map, but wait! What's this?
It is impossible to break the map, as everything on it is intentionally accessable.
You heard it from the man himself, Verge is completely unbreakable. I guess you could always try to butterfly out of the Crypt? Oh wait a second...

I have to say I like the layout of this map alot. But the thing that bothers me, and this bothers me with all the Sandbox slayer maps is that it looks so bland. I'm not saying the aesthetics look bad, it's the fact it's made on sandbox. The color pallet on most of the objects is so bland. You should of tried to use the back of ramps or something that had different colors in it for looks. I bet the map will play amazing however and I applaud you on the bases, they look epic. Good job dude.
I see you posted it Pel. You did a wonderful job on the map. I love the gameplay on the map, at first I didn't know what to expect, but when we actually played it I just loved it, it plays so well. The aesthetics are great, like the bases and the sub-bases, and I love the ghost, which you saw me in a lot, even in the pictures. The only think I can think to add and I've told you twice already is maybe a grav-lift somewhere, maybe under the plama pistol bridge or on the middle of the stepping stones so that you can be sneaky getting into the base by going over the wall. Might be kinda cool. And hopefully spawns continue to be great. Nice job, looking to play this again.

This map played very well last night and I was sad that it was changed to something else. It was fun to chase some of you down with an AR while telling the people in my chat that I was too pro to use a BR. ;)
Two sided Assault was weird for the first point... because both teams just moved on opposite sides of the map to score.
And we were like, "OMG, deez gais r teh noobz en ther gaim chat!"
But seriously, this map was great fun. Ascetically the map was great as well, very nice merging and interesting bases. Nice job :D
Nice looking map Pel! I like the look of the bases. Each one's exterior is different in looks, yet the insides are basically the same. Also, the rocket launcher in the middle looks really cool, kinda weird looking but in a good way. Overall, looks like a nice map for a big party, and the Ghost should play interesting on this as well :) (I love splatter sprees)
