Multiple Sig Option

You have 2-3 sigs you can edit, and choose wich one to show with certain posts. For instance, if you were posting in a forgery aid thread, you would choose your sig with your aid sig/info.

Not a bad idea, but couldn't you just put multiple spoilers in your sig which all have a different title above each? (then stick a different sig in each)

I'm thinking it'd function the same way anywho, because with multiple sigs you'd probably have to click a button to access separate ones anyway.

I don't see how this would work though. It sounds similar to the suggestion of being able to save thread post drafts, but that idea was rejected. This just might be unnecessary for the server, but I do like the idea itself. I wouldn't mind having two or three sigs to choose from.

The problem with that is that the image limit will still be in place. If we go with Mace's idea, each sig could have a maximum of four (regular members) images (12 for 3). However, if we go with your suggestion, we could only have four at most. I would personally be affected by this since my sig uses four images regularly already and I wouldn't be able to benefit. Most other members would also not benefit.

Sorry guys, I don't think this is going to happen. I found numerous requests for a mod like this, mainly for role playing sites, but nobody ever got a response (which is very rare), so I would assume that it isn't easily feasible.

I can totally understand that, because it would involve editing the database a lot.
Extra places for signatures on users & place to store signature choice on threads, plus you'd have to come up with some ingenious way of picking which one to use, both in editing and per post.
