My Halo Disc...

It r broken!
Pretty self-explanitory: My Halo 3 disc is broken. There's a ring around the outside on the bottom of the disc, and then another half ring on the inside. So I can't load any maps: Not even campaign. And, for a shorthand of money, I won't be able to get Too Human (Uber sad face) for quite awhile, because Halo 3 is a bit more important. So I can't play Halo 3 for awhile.

same thing happened to me, actually the most likely thing that happened was that you tilted your Xbox while the game was spinning inside, and gave the disc laser burns.

There are 2 ways to fix this that i know of.

1. Go to Bungie.net and do some digging, there's instructions on what to do there, along with a form to fill out to get a new copy for 20 dollars along with sending the broken disc.

2. take it to Gamestop and get it repaired for like 5 bucks (I've never done this before, the price may be higher or lower, etc.).

Both of these should work, I suggest renting a copy of H3 while you wait :)

That really sucks, but like DF said, you can probably get that fixed at a Game/Movie place for a few bucks (hopefully).

Also......... what do you mean you can't get Too Human?!?!?! I got that game mainly because you said you were going to, for Hogar! :(

I'm going to get it, Null, just maybe not as soon as I had hoped. I don't have the money. I might get it for my birthday, which is next month, though.

yeah gamestop. but there is this other place gamecrazy and they are better and cheaper than gamestop. but i dont know if you have them were you are. but purplerawrs69 had the same problem i think he used like wax and rubbed on the disc for a little while and it fixed it, and it was free. i dont know you'll have to talk to him. hopefully you can get your disc fixed.

search youtube for the tooth paste method. its pretty simple. hope this helps.

try and get some car polish or car scratch remover get a rag and scrub it onto the disc with alot of presure, my mom knocked over my xbox with my halo 3 in it once, destroyed the disc then i did that, worked fine since

Lawl. I can play all the DLC maps, but nothing else. Like that matters, 'cause I've got Forge and Foundry.:D:D:D:D:D
