im going to say that the background on the wanted one kind of throw it off. you need to make the focal point stand out more.

yeah i agree, im new to the whole photoshopping thing, but any tips to making her eye (the focal point) stand out more? maybe like highlight very little of that area.. Idk, i became lost in my art and just put it up to quickly rid of the "too large" sig i had before
