Which do you prefer?

Assassinating targets and being sneaky while in a more involved plot with a cliff hanger...

or

Shooting terrorists in a made up tale taking place in the close future, but not too much of a plot?

It also depends upon how long you will be renting the game for and what you want to do with it.

Assassin's Creed is great, but when you play it for an extended period of time it gets repetitive. Also, the storyline is pretty long so it will take a while to beat.

Call of Duty 4 is also great, and it has the replayability of multiplayer. I think both the storyline and MP are great for this game, and it doesn't really get old. The storyline also isn't exceptionally long, so if you are going to have the game for a short amount of time and want to complete it, that is your best choice.

agreeing will Null. Assassins Creed i bought and i have been putting it off for awhile because of the repetiveness. but COD4 quick storyline and probably could beat it in a night or two.

Not a fan of either of those two but I guess I prefer Assassin's Creed more.

I would probably rent assassins and buy COD4

assassins creed is fun... for a while then it gets old b/c there are a lot of little minigames you have to play to gain info which get old (like after the first one)
although it is still cool to assassinate random people

COD4 is pretty awesome
not as awesome as Halo3 but a close 2nd so yea

I don't like COD4 because I don't like people in multiplayer getting the upperhand on you just because they played the game more, and are a higher rank. So, I picked Assassin's Creed.

Rent both! just not at the same time.
