Hmm wolverine I know you are very mature and responsable for your age. Sadly lots of people do not bother to see anything past that. So I think a voice actor may be a good idea to get people to see the serious and profesional mind set of the H3 Informers. Your video making skills are improving quite well though. I can't wait to see your progress between now and the next video.

I just want to point out that I wasn't trying to make fun of his age, sorry if it came off like that. :(

But yeah Wolverine when I found out you were 11 I was like, wtf. I totally had you pegged at 15. And if you want a voice actor, I could do that. I'd love to be a part of H3 informers

Alright, I noticed a few things, some of which have been said. I will start with the repeats:

Old:
-25 seconds of blackscreen
-You are still just talking with a bland background behind you. This is VERY boring to watch, you might as well just type what you are saying.
-Just stop the head bobbing, it really isn't working. I feel like I am watching a bad English dubbed Anime... That or try harder on syncing it, like record your voice, then play it as you act.

New:
-Talk louder, keep the mic away from your face and be careful around P's and F's when you talk because they can cause the pops in the mic, you may want to slur those a little.
-Be creative with your footage. Maybe try recording your computer screen acting out what you are telling them to do. Just don't use a bland background all the time.

At no point did you even mentchon his age. It had nothing to do with it. I was just pointing out that most people out there dont look past the age and would never see how resonsable and mature wolverine is. Which of coarse he is, and very much so.

Thanks, and the reason I am speaking is because. If you can't deal with my age then why let you join the team. I wouldn't want to work with someone who hates me so if I had the power to say yes or no then fine.

Thats true... but I never said anything about not saying your age. I guess if some one is not willing to give you a shot they're the imature ones. Still I think you will end up drawing in lots younger youtube filmers that may not be quite as mature as you. Its your decision and I totaly understad why you want to keep it as your voice. In this case then I would suggest demonstrating your skills at the same time. Like many have said try getting some kind of movement in there. Maybe just walk around casualy while talking, maybe fade into a second map. For a video maker recruiting video you should show what you can do, so potential members can see what skill level your looking for.

You used the exact same footage for your grind your gears episode also, really your biggest problem is blandness, try to mix it up a little bit.

Instead of standing behind a similar background each time - try loading a pretty looking map that you downloaded somewhere, and walk around while speaking. If you're still planning to move your head up and down, you should use 1 sensitivity (if you're not already). I also know its been said before, but for emphasis, please stop the extreme head bobbing. Its very sudden and major. Its supposed to be constant and minor.

And also, no offense to you, but you'll get more views/subscribes with a deeper voice. Its just the way it is. I would highly recommend getting a voice actor. Its more much pleasing to the ear to listen to a fully developed voice than a young, developing voice. Now, don't take that offensively, I just want to help. So hopefully you can take these suggestions and I think H3Informer could turn out pretty cool.

As I said, if the person doesn't like my voice then I don't want them on my team.

That's not the point at all. I'm saying that if you're going to make videos in general with a person speaking, its naturally more pleasing for the viewer to listen to a fully developed voice. (again, no offense to you)

I understand completely what your saying. It's just for this particular video...
