MTU

I don't know where else to put this so it'll go here!
(TWSS?)

Anyway, I've been trying to connect to XBL and it says my MTU is not sufficient or something of that nature? I use a wireless connection and its usually pretty flaky to say the least.

Suggestions on a fix?
