Because it's related to Halo videos, I figured this would be the best place to put it.

1. Register over at GameVee. (http://www.gamevee.com/register/)

2. Activate your account, yada yada.
3. Head over to the GameVee Feature. (http://www.gamevee.com/grab)
4. Fill out the form for it: Make sure the video you want to upload is on your Fileshare.

5. After awhile you'll receive an e-mail telling you that your video's been uploaded.
6. ?????
7. Profit!

Notes:
You can only post videos that are on your fileshare. You have to wait for them to upload one video before you upload another. So basically you have to wait to get the e-mail before you can upload another email.

Yeah, I've had to help numerous people with this grab feature over the past few days. Mostly on how to download the video, but also to help upload them and I had created an image to help:

Lots of labeling was put on it.

Here is what I wrote on Bungie.net to help those to download these videos:
This thread used to be of help (http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=23426658&postRepeater1-p=1), but it seems GameVee has changed the file type that they use. It's no longer an flv extension, but an mp4 extension. In other words, all of the currently known methods will not work to download the video.

However, if you're using FireFox (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html), there is a nice add-on called downloadhelper (http://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006) that will allow you to download the video to your computer. Still, you will need to find a video converter (http://www.download.com/Any-Video-Converter/3000-2194_4-10661456.html?tag=lst-6&cdlPid=10824496) to convert the file into a more suitable file type such as avi.

After all of that is done, go to YouTube (http://uk.youtube.com/my_videos_upload) to upload the file from your computer. Wait a few minutes and it should upload and you're done. Of course, you need a YouTube profile first.
However, your guide is pretty well written, and I may use it to help others if my advice doesn't help. I hope that's fine with you, and if not, please tell me.

For my videos themselves, I usually capture my own, but here are some I did with GameVee:
Panic Attack (http://luigi.gamevee.com/video/92/272926.mp4)
Delayed Explosives (http://www.gamevee.com/viewVideo/Halo_3/GeeVee/Delayed_Explosives/47002)
