hi. i have a quetion. how much does it cost to make a site useing vbulliten?
forgehub uses it and i know it cant be cheep.
just wondering

I believe this site cost somewhere around $200-300. Not sure, though.

I do agree that alot of the people from Forgehub can be douches. Far too anal about the small things. And it's mostly the domain that costs so much. But yea, feel free to post your maps, screenshots, videos: Whatever!

Actually, domains are relatively cheap, its the server that kills you. Yes, you can pay a nice lump sum of $300+ dollars for vBulletin, but if you want great reaction and loading times from your server you can pay that same high amount per month. :thumbdown:

Nope, like $10 (http://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/default.asp), and that is actually kind of high. You can get them for as low as $2 a year, depending upon the extension (i.e. .com, .net, etc....).
