For the Followers of Hogar... (http://www.halo3forgery.org/forum/group.php?groupid=13)
To Previous Members of Hogar:
So, Too Human was announced at E3 and the demo was released. Too Human, as you may know, follows the storyline as, what it may seem, a futuristic game, and yet at the same time follows that of Norse Mythology and whatnot. This made me think back to the earlier days of Halo 3 Forgery: The days of Hogar.
So, now that Too Human is coming along, I thought it would be the perfect time to revive Hogar. For those that remember Hogar, our "Hogar"-themed games were some of our most epic moments: Most epic quotes and gametypes, even with the limited knowledge of Forging that we all possessed.
To People Unaware of Hogar:
I know alot of people are completely unaware of who Hogar is. Hogar, for the most part, was just some name I would yell out: "For Hogar!" and the like. Finally someone asked me who Hogar was.
"Too hell if I know," I replied. Just some random name that I came up with. It sounds like a Norse God." From there we just evolved Hogar: Hogar, the Norse God of Warfare! From there it evolved into gametypes revolving around Hogar: Maps revolving around Hogar: Namely, the Saxons map, with epic Capture the Flag and Territories games.
Revival of Hogar:
After I cleaned out my Fileshare, all of Hogar was lost: The gametypes, the maps. Eventually, the memory and enjoyment that came from Hogar was lost. No one mentioned Hogar, let alone played for Hogar. This, my friends, is the revival of Hogar and the calling for new members. To Forge new Hogar-themed maps: host nights for Hogar gaming. Revive all that is Hogar.

For now, I would like to just bring in the old members: you know who you are. If you want to join, send me a message and I'll be the judge. I'm not saying we're not accepting people: Just that we're not openly accepting new people.
