Honestly, I don't understand the idea of a clan, but whatever. The pic is weird. I like the BG how it is a piercing yellow, but the guys really need to have effects on them as well for this to be really good. And I'm not sure, but are the left two guys firing their guns? Also, there appears to be a bit of sharpness on them. *Shrugs*

Anyway, it looks ok, not all of them are shooting, so it is visually unbalanced to me.
It's also really bright.
