Introduction
Last year, I hosted a popular forum game called King of the Hill (http://www.xforgery.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10166). The game revolved around players controlling the 'Hill.' I would calculate the amount of time he/she was in the Hill until the next poster came by and kicked them out. In the OP was a leaderboard showing the every player's score. During the thread, there were nearly 400 posts in which I had to calculate the time for every single one. Needless to say, I was exhausted.
This Summer, I thought I'd redesign a new competitive fun forum game to play, with a leaderboard of course. I wanted to stick with a Halo theme, and that's where I came up with the idea of StockPile.
It will still revolve around a leaderboard where only the best posters will rise up on top, but more skill will be required to come out on top. Timing and awareness is key here, along with a tactical and cunning strategy.

The Basics
The game has four flags; A,B,C, and D, just like in Stockpile. In one post, you'll have to claim a flag in a as a creative way as possible. This is important here. Nothing boring. Be creative about it.
Now what do you do with your flags? In the OP, I will post times during the day when certain flags will be captured. Sometimes I'll post what Flag and at what time. I might just post a time, and not mention a Flag. Or I might post the Flag, and not the time. If you happen to be the last person who claimed that flag before the specified time, you get points for that flag. The points are determined ahead of time, and are usually based on how much information I gave on the Flag or how hard the Flag is to attain.
For example, in the OP, I'll say Flag C is going to be awarded x number of points at 5:06 PM today. At 5:05, I would say "cory021 sneaks into Rifte's base and steals Flag C." If no one posts and 5:06 rolls around, I get the bonus, which in this case would be one point. However, if Null posts right after I do and says "Null bulldozes Rifte's base down and claims Flag C," he won't get the Flag. Why? He said Rifte, when in fact I was already at Rifte's base before him. You need to state whose base had the flag last.
At the end of each week, on Sunday, I'll give 15 XF points to the player who collected the most points during that week. Then I'll wipe that weekly leaderboard, so all the players will be on equal ground. I will still keep a cumulative leaderboard running so you see how you're doing since the game started.
tl;dr- Look at the OP at what time a Flag will be collected. Steal the Flag from another player. Have fun.
Rules
- You can't take more than one Flag per post.
- No double posting.
- You are allowed to hold more than one Flag.
- You must state the name of the player from whom you're stealing from.
- You must state the flag you're stealing.
- I can edit the Rules whenever I need to.

Question: Is the time the same for everyone? I know there are timezones. Can this impact the game? :S
