View Full Version : Halo 3 Is My Go To Game

I'm not sure if it is just me which I really doubt but isn't Halo 3 that game that once you buy a game and get bored of it you always seem to go back to Halo and Halo just never seems to get old? Thats how it is for me just because Halo has so much to do. Its wierd but Halo is just awesome.

Anyone else like this?

I completely agree with you. I have no idea why either. I have around 5 unstarted games sitting in my collection, and I'm already going back to Halo 3. :confused:

lol Ya same. I buy a new game play it for like an hour unless it really kicks arse then get back on Halo and hop into Forge or MM

So far I've yet to really return to Halo 3 since December. I burned out on it beginning late last summer and have yet to really recover. However, besides Oblivion, Halo 3 was my second most played game.

Ohh Oblivion! Yummy! Ya well I think that with the Mythic has to draw you back in once it comes to XBLM cause I mean really any Forge fan will piss there pants 100 times over for Sandbox! They would be giddy like a school boy. And if you like are into Halo for the competitive maps then Assembly will really bring you back to the good old H2 days on Midship. And then there is Orbital and MM Sandbox which are great. I mean Sandboxes default layout is actually fun unlike Foundrys! And Orbital is just great for 1 flag

O my, mez to. But really I don't get either something about Halo just draws you back. I play other games (Like Oblivion!!!) and still end up going back to Halo eventually (not that I'm complaining)

I think it is because of the community that is so powerful in Halo. There is always user crated content that is Decent(if you dont go to XF) and matchmaking is so well desinged.

Totally true.

Sandbox is my home, even when I'm bored, I get on halo 3, and go get on the sandbox canvas. I actually haven't done matchmaking in forever, It's only been custom games for me lately.

Everyone can like different things, and spend their time in halo on different things, but can still get together and have a ton of fun. That is why we are so attracted to it.

Bungie was actually able to put crystal meth into visual form. Then they burned it on a disc and distrusted. It some how came out as halo.

I slightly agree... Armored Core was more my go to game mainly because it became more of a hobby than a game... I was pro/clan leader/vet/etc. for that game.. but I guess now... Halo it is...

Armored Core was pretty win but not really a game with a ton of that "OMG I GOTTA GO PLAY ARMORED CORE" factor in it. But Halo I don't think will ever get old

You should go rent Armored Core 4 then. Its pretty fun.
