L4D DLC

Left4Dead is finally getting some much needed DLC.

No official release date is known except for "Spring", and no idea how much it will cost.

It will include a new Game Mode, entitled "Survival", and also two new campaigns for Versus mode, which I assume will be the two it is already missing.

Update on this: If you have PC Version they are releasing the modding stuff or something so you can make your own L4D maps! This is going to be great! Ima haz to buy it for PC now

I don't think the DLC is going to add much, personally.

Survival is most likely going to be a timed survival thing where you see how long you can survive.

I think the game is great, but I'm already done with it and I've only had (borrowed) it for 3 days.

Ya same the game didn't really have a lasting appeal but I love any sort of survival horde wave system thing so I'm hoping that will be good enough to get me to buy it! But seriously I hated being Zombies except the boomer cuz with the smoker and hunter you get killed like instantly but the boomer gets u points for every bit of damage so you get way more points boomer style!

You know it isnt going to cost money for the DLC right? The game is only fun to play with friends. If your playing with random people, its guaranteed you arent getting the full experience. Anyway..

I believe that the DLC is going to add a lot. The addition of Dead Air and Death Toll to Versus will call for some fun time. As a zombie people will be exploring it a lot more now for you can go many places as a zombie in which the survivors cant.

As far as im concerned nobody knows what survival mode is going to be. Maybe it will be a timed mode. Maybe it will be endless waves of zombies that get harder and harded like Nazi Zombies or Horde. Who knows. I just cant wait for it to come out though. Im gonna play Left 4 Dead a lot more after it comes out.

im also really exited for this because left 4 dead has to be one of my favorite games. and best of all valve being valve is making it free :D

I wonder what the "Survival" Gametype is. Hopefully a new map with now one way in rooms and stuff like that so it's hard

Is Valve making it free on 360? Cause I know its free on Comp but whatever. I want to get this and Fallout 3 for the computer cause they have much better stuff on the computer

I really can't wait ofr the DLC. I hope they fix a lot of the ways people cheat in the game (moving stuff in front of doors... ect)

A L4D tourney sounds awesome. But I just hate being the humans. It's no fun for me.
