So I am here to explain (and snag) these gametypes before others can think of it first. It's what I am calling the Sports Pack! After reading some of Godly's interesting gametypes, I started thinking of some of my own. Here's the breakdown - of course things can change if the final version is different from what meerkats has.
First off, a remake of Stickball.
-Same as before. You know what to expect, but without firegrenades and maybe I'll include armor abilities (hologram would be very useful).
-3 or 4 way Stickball. Since it has been confirmed that we can have 3 or 4 team neutral bomb, I will create courts designed for all 3 specially designed gametypes.
Secondly, I am going to create a Stockpile gametype called _______ (unsure yet)
-A cool, enclosed setup that I won't go into detail just yet, but it will have flags planted all over the map. On the walls, floor, and even ceiling. I'll make it to where there is a hole in the bottom of the map that you can drop the flag into where you will score points at the end of the time limit (1 minute long maybe). Have like 3 rounds. Everyone with Hammers or swords. Also, Jet Packs are a must in this enclosed map!
Third, I am going to create a Headhunter gametype called Skull Ball (beta name)
-Have an area that plays like Power Ball with American Gladiators. Everyone has hammers and/or swords. Simple idea. Enough said. Maybe have like a 6 minute round and that's it. Team to score the most wins.
Of course me and my Sports games, expect to see many more for this "Sports Pack"!
Adding onto this, I just thought of a sweet new "sport". For now I am calling it Jump Joust (name will most likely change).
Basically if you know what Jousting is, then you should know what to expect. However, with a twist. First off, for those that do not know, Jousting pits two players on a high platform, and they have to knock each other off. If you fall off, you lose. So, picture in Reach, like 7 high platforms spread out to where jumping just won't cut it. So I am going to give everyone jetpacks! No unlimitied juice, but with hammers you should be able to fly yourself to a safe platform - unless of course your opponents have it covered! It will be a game of territories, with maybe 3 second capture. No locks. 3 rounds I suppose. So yeah, thoughts?! And remember I thought it here first XD
