So recently when I got to the second act in Far Cry my loading screen froze. I thought maybe it was just my disc, so I tried my friends. Fails and does it again. Try my friends xbox, fails. Went online and found all platforms including PC are having this problem. People are saying its currupt save game data. And Ubisoft is yet to address there is a problem. So I dont know about you but, I'm not restarting about 8-10hours of gameplay.

Here is one of the many sites were the problem is addressed by users.

It could be a lot worse: You could be a 88% and have the game glitch so you can't fucking move on and then find out that there's numerous 8+ page threads on the Ubisoft forums and none of them have even gotten a response from a Ubisoft employee.

yeah, I know I have it pretty good compared to others. But I still am not going to start over. And Ubisoft needs to get over it, and see that they have a big problem and release a patch or try to do something.

edit: happy 400th post ganye :D

I guess the main thing is that Ubisoft spent alot of money on advertising, and then sales absolutely failed. So they're going to focus on games that didn't suck at sales (i.e. World at War).
