I am getting a Digital Camera, but I don't know what one I should get.

Kodak Digital Camera - 10.3mp (MX1063) - $119.99 (http://www.target.com/Kodak-Digital-Camera-Silver-MX1063/dp/B001FOUJ74/sr=1-1/qid=1229748321/ref=sr_1_1/181-3321069-9458469?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k%3AMX1063&page=1)
- This one is probably better then the Samsung but it only comes in red and silver.

Samsung L200 - 10.2MP - $119.46 (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=9123495)
- I comes in black.

GE A1230 - 12.1MP - $99.99 (http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00352809000P?vName=Computers+%26+Electronics&cName=Cameras+%26+Camcorders&sName=Digital+Cameras+%26+Bundles)
- It has 12.1 MP, but there is probably a reason it is only $100! - also no rechargeable battery.

Found another one!
Sanyo Xacti VPC-T1060 - 10MP - $99 (http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10629513)

Just with a quick peek, I'd go with the Samsung. But that was a very quick look.

What features made you pick the Samsung or was it just the company?

Indestructable, waterproof. How can it not be awesome? :D (i might only like this cause its good for hunting.)
P.S. it doesnt have to be pink.

Well that one has only 8MP and cost almost twice as much.

What kind of pictures do you plan to take with this? There are a lot of different styles of photography and such that will require different things out of a camera. The biggest thing to look for, though, is going to be image stabilization.

Personally I would go for the GE, but for exactly the reason you stated you didn't want it - the lack of rechargeable battery. I can't tell you how many times I've been stranded somewhere wanting to take pictures but can't because my battery is dead. With regular AA batteries, you can just carry spares.

I even went so far as to buy a second rechargeable battery @ $59.99 so when I do big backcountry trips I can take pictures past Day 5. The problem now is that I've lost the recharger, so I can't recharge either and my camera is dead.

Plus, it has the most MP. And for $100, you can almost afford to buy a spare.

I didn't want if for a specific style of photography. I just wanted one for when I want to take a picture.

I have heard that any digital camera that runs on normal batteries, use the batteries very quickly.

Get rechargeable normal batteries. Just don't restrict yourself to needing a specific charger all the time.

Ok that is one vote for Kodak, one vote for Samsung, one vote for GE, and one vote for Other!
