Hey there XF.
The Guardianz (http://www.bungie.net/fanclub/367712/Group/GroupHome.aspx) is a Halo Reach Forge group on Bungie.net. It started with a few really dedicated Forgers (including myself) working together on some ideas, and is rapidly growing into a fun little community of like-minded forgers.
The idea behind the group is to come together and collectively work on gametypes and maps, with the ultimate goal being to get them into matchmaking. This extends beyond what Atlas is doing, promoting not only competitive Halo maps, but mini-games and alternative competitive modes.
I've had extensive discussions with some of the forgers there, and they're a real smart bunch. It's been really fun to discuss and collaborate in a team setting, and I really recommend you all take a few minutes, join up, and check things out. We are still getting things up and running, but just pop in, say hello, and you'll be greeted by a lot of friendly, constructive people!
You can read more about it there, but we're also setting up a testers association of sorts, where you sign up in a testing group, and when called upon, your group gets together and tests the gametypes/maps of other members in the group. It's pretty slick.
Again, things are getting ironed out at the moment, but you should still take a few minutes and check things out.
