Welcome to part 2 of the XForgery Firefight Finale for ODST. This event will last from September 3rd - September 12th. With a little more than a week to go, you guys are clawing your eyes out in anticipation for Reach: Watching every video, digesting every bungie update, and prying the brains of those souls who have a copy (legally or illegally). Instead of driving yourself absolutely mad, why not take your frustration out on brutes and drones that deserve it. This is the last XFFF ODST event, which means the last time you can bring out the giant fly swatter! What is XFFF? XFFF (previously called XForgery Firefight Fridays) is an event that will test you or your team's endurance on how long you can survive the covenant while racking up as many points as possible. Unlike previous XFFF events (with the exception of part 1), EVERYONE HAS A CHANCE OF WINNING SOMETHING!!! Even if you can't walk away with the highest score on the highest difficulty, you can still win some XF points for simply playing and submitting your best score. How do I sign up for XFFF? How to submit your firefight games:

Players can only submit one high score game during the playing period for a chance to get one of the winner challenges (or to simply score some XF points), but they can change their submission anytime if they get a better game.

Players can submit games in which they complete one or more challenges; however, they can not do the same challenge twice.

In the event that a team/player gets the highest score on more than one map for the winner challenges, they must choose which high score game to submit (you can only submit one high score game anyways, so choose wisely).

Please keep your submissions within one post (makes it easier for the staff). You can change your submission as many times as you want during the submission period.

If one user is submitting for everyone within the team, make sure they link their username using the [user] bbcode. Note: The other users are still responsible for submitting any challenges they complete on their own or with another team.

Once your challenge claims has been checked by a moderator or an event director, it will either have CONFIRMED or NOT CONFIRMED next to the link. CONFIRMED means you have met the requirements of the challenge you're claiming, where as NOT CONFIRMED means you have not met the requirements.

XF points will not be given out until the conclusion of this event.

Credit goes to YourUncleBob for the Halo 3 pic. ODST pic was by me. Final Vote This is it! The final vote of the final Halo 3 screenshot contest here on XForgery. While it is indeed bitter sweet, we will end this chapter on a positive note. Seven users have braved the Halo 3/ODST campaigns once more to deliver these awesome screenshots, and now I ask XForgery to choose which screenshot should walk away the winner of this swan song (along with bragging rights). When voting, please include the name of the photographer, and at least one reason why you like his/her picture. Game Night! Hey everyone, just a quick announcement here. Tonight at around 8:00PM EST, Null, Holly, and perhaps some other Staff members here at XForgery will be having a little gamenight featuring all of the maps submitted for the August Forgery Challenge. This is your chance to get a feel for all the maps and decide which one's are your favorites, and a chance to play with some of your good XF buddies.
